Hey, what are you doing?

Jumping Jacks! Then I do burpees and then mountain climbers and plank. Gotta get my exercise in for the day. We have a game Friday and I want to be in the best shape I can! 

Well all of it looks horrifyingly painful. All that twisting and scrunching along with that expression on your face…

That may look like pain now, Nicki, but this work is going to turn into sweet muscle mass and healthy organs for me!

Ok super jock nerd, that’s true but I just do normal things like walk my dog every evening. I thought that was enough to keep me in shape but now you’re making me wonder if I need to burpie and plank my way around the block. 

Ha ha, Nicki. I don’t know. But maybe if we stick around for this post we’ll find out…

All exercise is great — from walking the dog or riding a bike to playing team sports to taking a specialty exercise class. Even planks and burpies!
