					<description><![CDATA[When I broke my wrist my body started feeling extreme amounts of pain in my dominate hand. However I stayed mental strong and was able to finish the play and make the tracker before running to the sideline for help. I felt disappointed that I couldn&#039;t finish the game with my teammates.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[One time when my body reacted to a situation was when I was playing basketball, my teammate got pushed to the ground by a player on the opposing team and my body reacted, I just went up to the player and confronted him. This made me feel very angry and made my heart race faster. This instance made me feel this way because I was angry at the player for his actions. It made my heart race faster because it was a very intense moment where anything could have happened. Looking back at it I shouldn&#039;t have done that because if it where have escalated it would have turned out bad. Also, I should have let my game talk not me.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[One time I was cliff jumping and I did&#039;t want to jump but it was really too late to turn back and I was almost frozen in shock and i was supper scared and honestly felt weak and vulnerable. I over came the fear after taking a few breaths and I guess you can say &quot;fear is just a concept&quot; is one of my mantras since it usually leads me to do amazing things I would usually be scared of. I am glad I ended up doing it because I would have regretted it.]]></description>
