					<description><![CDATA[To control the negative thoughts in my head, I usually just consider them, and then either choose to disregard them if they are pointless, or if they are a legitimate and important problem I will take whatever steps necessary to adapt to what I think will best suit the problem at hand. This usually allows me to easily disregard any pointless negative ideas.]]></description>
